MARCH & APRIL CONSTRUCTION MILESTONES
  • Lobby Glass work will continue.
  • Skylight waterfall glass will be completed.
  • Erection of major steel on roof will be completed.
  • The last of the large crawler cranes will leave the project site.
  • Tile work will begin on the interior of the building.
  • Drywall hanging will commence on several levels of the building.
  • Temporary roof shoring will be removed.
  • Skylight Glass overlooking the river will be complete.
  • Terrazzo work will start in the lobby.
  • Metal Panels, Curtainwall, and Roofing will continue to enclose the building.
  • Lobby enclosure will be nearly complete.
  • Lower bowl precast will be installed.
  • Catwalks will be installed.
  • Suite level finishes will be ongoing.
  • Finishes will be installed within the Lady Cardinal locker room.
